In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Western Tucker Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to midnight EST Friday Night. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the wind, an inch or two of snow is expected across the highest elevations on Friday, which could result in hazardous travel at times.
