* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Open adjacent land next to the creek floods.
At 8.0 feet, Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 2:45 PM EDT Friday was 7.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.5
feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
late this afternoon or this evening.
- Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
