Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In New York, Delaware County. In Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation. Persons should delay all travel if possible. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution and be prepared for sudden changes in visibility.
