...ELEVATED RISK OF WILDFIRE SPREAD LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH
EARLY THIS EVENING...

The combination of drying fine fuels and leaf litter, low
relative humidity of 25 to 35 percent and a moderately gusty
northwest wind of 15 to 20 mph, will create an elevated risk of
wildfire spread across the southern half of Pennsylvania today.

Residents are urged to exercise caution if handling any potential
ignition sources, such as machinery, cigarettes, or matches. If
dry grasses and tree litter begin to burn, the fire will have the
potential to spread rapidly.
