* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Crawford County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 945 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 643 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Erie, Corry, Edinboro, Union City, Girard, Cambridge Springs,
Waterford, Albion, Wattsburg, Northwest Harborcreek, Canadohta
Lake, Lincolnville, Riceville, Harborcreek, Lawrence Park,
Wesleyville, Lake City, Saegertown, Conneautville and
Cranesville.
