...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest New Jersey and east central and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet soils combined with the high winds could result in extensive tree damage. The strong winds will usher in much colder air, with temperatures in the 20s and 30s and wind chills in the teens.
