* WHERE...Cameron, Elk, McKean, Potter, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will taper off by early evening. A
transition to bands of lake effect snow will evolve tonight
through Thursday night. Locally higher snowfall amounts up to 8
