...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM MONDAY TO 4 PM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 4 AM Monday to 4 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds could start as early as Sunday evening and will continue through Tuesday evening. The strongest winds will be Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Strong winds will also be accompanied by upslope snow showers with up to two inches of snow possible at higher elevations.
