Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Maximum rainfall rates of 2-3 inches per hour are anticipated and may overlap with the highly urban corridors as well as compromised terrain due to heavy rainfall last night.
