from 95 to 105 this afternoon. Temperatures will stay very warm at
night, limiting the ability for cooling of non air-conditioned
areas.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.
