Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Crawford and southern Erie Counties. Greatest snow accumulations expected south of I-90 and east of I-79. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late this evening into the first few predawn hours of Wednesday morning.
