South Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania... Northwestern Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1227 PM EDT, doppler radar reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
