For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Northern Centre, and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
