* WHAT...Snow expected, with some freezing rain also possible. Snow
accumulations 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations around a light
glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
