TO 1 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulation up to a tenth
of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Friday post-holiday travel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
