For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected. * WHERE...Fulton and Huntingdon Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
