Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches with locally higher amounts up to 4 inches possible across the higher terrain of interior eastern Erie County. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph late tonight. * WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow are possible late tonight, which could produce additional slippery road conditions and reduced visibilities.
