* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
inches.

* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion
Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized higher amounts may occur Sunday
afternoon into Monday with lake effect snow bands. A Lake Effect
Warning may be needed for a few counties.
