Ice accumulations of a light glaze, except in Preston and Tucker Counties, where ice could accumulate up to two tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel.
