W winds easing to 10 to 20 kt today. * WHERE...All areas, except highest seas north of Reedsport. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
