In Washington, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected along the slopes and base of the northern Blue Mountains, including Interstate 84 in the vicinity of Cabbage Hill. Winds will be lighter north and west of a line extending roughly from Pilot Rock through Pendleton to Milton-Freewater. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
