In Washington, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington. * WHEN...Until 2 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be along the base and slopes of the northern Blue Mountains.
