expected. For the Gale Watch, seas 12 to 17 ft at 13 seconds
and south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt possible.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 7 AM PST Saturday.
Gale Watch, from Saturday morning through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

9 AM THIS MORNING TO 2 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected.

* WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington
Coast.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 2 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level,
during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays,
sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The tidal gauges at Toke Point and
Astoriahave forecast tides of up to 11.2 feet, while the tidal
gauge at Garibaldi has a forecast tide up to 10.7 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Coastal Flood Advisory means that tidal overflow flooding is
expected. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alert
for rising water, and take appropriate action to protect life and
property.
