A very strong ebb current with 9 ft seas will also be present 702 PM Tuesday. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.27 kt at 644 AM Tuesday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.31 kt at 702 PM Tuesday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Ebb current of 3.76 kt at 726 AM Wednesday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar.
