* WHEN...From 5 AM to 9 AM PDT this morning and from 6 AM to 10
AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 7.02 kt at 703
AM Tuesday. Seas 10 ft. Ebb current of 3.39 kt at 747 PM
Tuesday. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.48 kt at
755 AM Wednesday. Seas 9 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
