Winds becoming south 20 to 25 with gusts up to 30 kt and wind-driven seas becoming very steep 10 to 12 ft by Monday afternoon. * WHERE...The Small Craft Advisory is for all areas, with Hazardous seas developing for all areas beyond 10 nm from shore, and areas within 10 nm from shore and north of Port Orford. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Sunday to 10 PM PST Monday.
