For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 5 to 8 ft at 13 seconds and north winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. . * WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR out 10 NM. * WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT today. Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution.
