For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 13 ft at 12 seconds expected. * WHERE...All of the area. * WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 AM PDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
