* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
seas 12 to 16 ft at 10 to 11 seconds and west winds 15 to 25 kt
both gradually subsiding today. For the Small Craft Advisory,
seas 9 to 13 ft at 12 seconds expected.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 AM PDT this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning
to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
