* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 10 ft at 13 seconds
expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
hazardous seas 8 to 12 ft.

* WHERE...Steep seas within 5 nm of shore, and very steep seas
beyond 5 nm of shore.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
