For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 8 to 11 ft expected. * WHERE...Conditions hazardous to small craft will affect most areas through this morning. Very steep and hazardous seas will develop across the waters this afternoon through tonight. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
