limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...Small creek and stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall will be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Oregon, including
the following areas, in central Oregon, Central Oregon and East
Slopes of the Oregon Cascades. In north central Oregon, North
Central Oregon.

* WHEN...Through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Small creeks and streams flowing out of the Oregon
Cascades may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rain amounts of 2 to 4 inches and high mountain snow of over
a foot leading to unusually high water level forecasts in the
National Water Model.
