Oregon and 703 Warm Springs Reservation.

* TIMING...Until 10 PM PDT Friday.

* WINDS...West 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
