* WHERE...The coast of Douglas, Coos, and Curry counties. This
includes Reedsport, Lakeside, Charleston, Coquille, Bandon, Port
Orford, Gold Beach, and Brookings.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Freezing conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While not expected to be as cold as Wednesday
morning, or quite reach freezing, lows in the mid 30s are forecast
for Thursday and Friday as well.
