West winds 5 to 10 kt will increase to 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt this evening and persist overnight. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 5.21 kt at 158 PM Sunday with seas 10 to 11 ft. Ebb current of 4.32 kt at 213 AM Monday with seas 10 to 11 ft. Strong ebb current of 6.16 kt at 241 PM Monday with seas 10 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River Bar.
