expected. Seas 8 to 10 ft building to 9 to 10 ft Thursday noon.
For the Gale Warning, seas 13 to 15 ft at 12 seconds and
southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
Gale Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 2 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.62 kt at 1056 AM
Wednesday. Seas 8 to 10 ft. Ebb current of 1.38 kt at 1149 PM
Wednesday. Seas 12 to 15 ft. Ebb current of 3.53 kt at 1217 PM

occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
