AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5
inches above 2000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph over
exposed terrain.

* WHERE...Jackson County above 2000 feet, including portions of
I- 5 south of Ashland, portions of State Route 238 between
Jacksonville and Applegate, and portions of Highway 62 between
Trail and Prospect and including the cities of Prospect and
Butte Falls.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the commute this morning.
