...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING ABOVE 4000 FEET... * WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. Storm total snow accumulations between 4 to 8 inches, highest amounts at Government Camp, and 12 to 18 inches of snow above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional snowfall of most likely 1 to 4 inches after 11 AM today. There is a 20% chance of an additional 6 inches or more at pass-level. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Have a winter emergency driving kit readily available.
