For the Gale Warning, south to southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 13 to 19 ft at 10 to 12 seconds expected. Winds may locally gust to storm force of 55 kt in the late morning and afternoon. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM Thursday to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or damage vessels.
