to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. For the first Small Craft
Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft at 9 seconds and northwest winds 10
to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. For the second Small
Craft Advisory, seas 4 to 7 ft at 8 seconds and north winds 10
to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.

imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port, or take shelter until waves subside.  Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or
