* IMPACTS...Above 23.0 feet, expect flooding to begin in the light
industrial areas near the confluence of the Clackamas and
Willamette Rivers. A trailer court at Carver is threatened at this
point. Some access roads are flooded and closed above this level
from Estacada downstream to Carver.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:45 AM PST Friday the stage was 22.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:45 AM PST Friday was 26.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and will fall below flood
stage late tonight.

residences and buildings along the lower Clackamas River,
including the mobile home park just downstream of Carver Bridge.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

Central Coast of Oregon, Central Columbia River Gorge I-84

may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with more rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Flood potential remains high today even though much less rain
is forecast. Many area rivers and streams are rising this
morning, and slow responding rivers could see rises into
Saturday afternoon. With the saturated soils and high rivers
and creeks, any additional rain will slow receding of the
water and continue the potential for flooding.
