For the Wind Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...The High Wind Warning is in effect for the Siskiyou and Cascade foothills, higher elevations east of Medford, and the southern Rogue Valley south of Medford, including Ashland, Phoenix, Talent, and the Interstate 5 corridor. The Wind Advisory is in effect for all other areas. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, bring down trees, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Large inflatable holiday decorations will be blown about. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind hazards are possible again Wednesday night into Christmas Day. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
