* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Oregon, including the following
areas, Grande Ronde Valley, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon,
Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and Wallowa County and southeast
Washington, including the following areas, Foothills of the Blue
Mountains of Washington and Northwest Blue Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Landslides and debris flows are possible during this flood event.
People, structures, and roads located below steep slopes, in
canyons, and near the mouths of canyons may be at serious risk
from rapidly moving landslides.
