For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep seas 7 to 10 ft. * WHERE...Hazardous seas warning conditions will affect areas south of Cape Blanco, and beyond 2 nm from shore south of Gold Beach.
