* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 10 ft at 10
seconds and northwest winds 10 to 15 kt. For the Dense Fog
Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 SM or less.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60
NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM PDT Friday. Dense Fog
Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 2 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
