Seas will be due to a mix of northwest swell at 10 to 12 seconds and short period wind seas today, then a mix of northwest swell at 16 seconds and short period wind seas on Monday. * WHERE...All areas. * WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Sunday.
