Seas 8 to 10 ft. Second Ebb current of 5.34 kt at 900 PM Wednesday. Seas 6 to 7 ft. Third Ebb current of 2.83 kt at 920 AM Thursday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
