NW wind 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 6.01 kt at 833 PM Saturday. Seas 10 to 12 ft. Ebb current of 2.68 kt at 918 AM Sunday. Seas 11 to 13 ft. Ebb current of 5.28 kt at 937 PM Sunday. Seas 8 to 10 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
