* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, Rough bar conditions
expected with seas 8 to 13 ft at 12 seconds and south winds 15
to 25 knots. For the Gale Watch, seas 10 to 14 ft at 10 seconds
and winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Wednesday. Gale
Watch, from late tonight through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 2.83 kt at 635 AM Tuesday.
Seas 10 ft. Ebb current of 5.41 kt at 624 PM Tuesday. Seas 8 ft.
Ebb current of 3.0 kt at 715 AM Wednesday. Seas 5 to 6 ft.
