For the Gale Watch, seas 10 to 14 ft at 10 seconds and winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt possible. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM PST Wednesday. Gale Watch, from late tonight through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 2.83 kt at 635 AM Tuesday. Seas 10 ft. Ebb current of 5.41 kt at 624 PM Tuesday. Seas 8 ft. Ebb current of 3.0 kt at 715 AM Wednesday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
