- At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3
feet tomorrow evening. This forecast includes rain that fell
this morning and forecast rainfall for another thunderstorm
complex that is expected late tonight.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison and Washington AR and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee,
Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata,
Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Sequoyah,
Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread showers and storms will produce heavy rainfall
today. Additional storms are likely tonight into Saturday
morning. Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are likely
with potential for localized amounts of 4 to 6 inches.
