* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs. County
roads north of Collinsville become impassable.

- At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 28.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tonight and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.
