* WHEN...From this afternoon to this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 18.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage to
a crest of 26.5 feet around noon today. It will then fall
below flood stage this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Reports of
road closures in the Owasso area and flooding in the Oologah area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 752 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches
of rain have fallen.
